The Desk of Principal

Dear parents,

In the words of Dalai Lama, "When educating the minds of our youth, we must not forget to educate their hearts”.

As the principal of Public School Kharod, I focus on discovering, developing and drawing out the hidden talents and the magic lying dormant inside all of its students. From academics to co-curricular activities, perseverance and a never-say-die spirit are entrenched in the heart of every student not only making them good students but brilliant human beings in today’s dynamic world.

Here in Psk we value individualism and try to inculcate creativity, innovation and confidence. Beside rigorous scholastic programmes, the school has mark its name in all spheres such as art and craft, music, variety of sports, environmental conservation activities and the list goes on…. We give our students the best possible opportunities in order to bestow them with holistic development. Whether the student is an introvert or an extrovert personality, the aim is to nurture the child into self-motivated individual. We will continue to strive in producing reliable citizens of the country who will go out into the world and make us proud.

There are challenges ahead us, however, keeping in mind our school motto: ‘knowledge is power’ surely make a great difference..

And as the cliché goes, last but not the least, I expect all my young PSK students to focus on their cherished goals and strive hard to accomplish them transcending mediocrity and procrastination.
