Curriculum

Public school curriculum has been meticulously planned so as to comprehend every aspect of the student’s life and satisfy his multifarious need and requirements. Subjects are chosen and taught keeping in view the social, emotional and intellectual needs of children as well as their capabilities and developmental status. The educational programmes chalked out aims for the all-round development of the personality of the child.

NURSERY & K.G.

The aim of early childhood education is to foster children’s own personal development. In light of this, the core of the curriculum framework is the four developmental objectives for young children, namely ‘Physical Development”, “Cognitive and Language Development”, “Affective and Social Development” and “Aesthetic Development”. These objectives need to be achieved through six learning areas, which are “Physical Fitness and Health”.“Language”, “Early Mathematics”, “Science and Technology”, “Self and Society and “Arts”.

I to X

The Learning process in these classes is a logical sequence so that the children not only gain knowledge while enjoying but are also able to retain them easily for the future. The learning process is such that there is a close student-teacher relationship.

Subjects: I to V English, Hindi, Maths, EVS, Computer
NOTE : “NO HOME-WORK POLICY” FOR CLASS I & II.

Subject Enhancement through Activities:

Drawing and Colouring, Art and Craft, Public Speaking, Music, Dance, Yoga, Computer Education, Games & sports, Taek-Won-Do along with Club Activities Smart Class And Funtoot (Maths)

Evaluation:

The regular assessment is done on the basis of Periodical Tests, Quizzes, Projects and Assignments, Worksheet, Map Work, Practical & ASL.

XI – XII

The Learning process in these classes is a logical and theoretical sequence so the children gain knowledge theoretically and practically.

A- Group : Physics, Chemistry, Maths ,English Computer Science/Phy. Education / I.P

B-Group : Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English Computer Science/Physical Education / I.P

Commerce Stream

Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies, English, Informatics Practices/Phy. Education.

Arts Streams (Humanity)

English, Geography, Economics, History, Informatics Practices/Phy.Education.

Activities: Music, Dance, Computer Education, Games& Sports, Audio Visual Activities.
